Returns / Exchanges:

We try to make it simple and easy! Please send your product to us in its original box or packaging, clean, and complete the form on the back of you packing slip (this is the slip that came with your product).

If you don't have your packing slip simply include a note as to what you'd like to have us do along with your name and order number stating if you'd like to exchange or return the product. You can ship it back to us via any method you choose. We recommend using an insured method incase your shipment is lost in transit.

Shipping on most orders is free, however we do not cover shipping from you to us. There is a re-ship charge on all exchanges. The original cost of shipping is not covered with a product return.

Returned product that is not cleaned will be assessed on a case by case basis.
*On sale items, return is for store credit or exchange only.
